Noma Misses the Three Michelin Star Mark

Michelin released its "Main Cities of Europe" guide today, with the biggest surprise being that Noma, René Redzepi's much celebrated Copenhagen restaurant and holder of the "World's Best Restaurant" title, failed to secure a third Michelin star. Rebecca Burr, the guide's editor-in-chief, claims that even Redzepi himself "would be among the first to admit that it still has a long way to go." Hmm, we're not sure about that. Seems like something that René Redzepi should add to this list of things he's already angry about. [Bloomberg via Eater]
