‘Pimp' to 12-Year-Olds Gets 24 Years In Prison

A “pimp” who turned underaged girls into prostitutes will be in prison for twice as long as those girls have been alive.

Federal Judge Janet Hall sentenced Corey "Magnificent" Davis, of New York, to 293 months - or 24 years - in prison for a sex trafficking charge involving a child.

Prosecutors describe Davis as a pimp who controlled virtually every aspect of the lives of the underaged girls he forced into prostitution.

Davis, who represented himself, addressed the court and denied the allegation. But Hall said what he did to a 12-year-old girl may have lifelong consequences.

He pleaded guilty in March in a deal with prosecutors that also called for him to forfeit two cars, cash, jewelry and equity in a Queens home.

Hall said she "really cannot find the words to describe the obscenity of Mr. Davis' acts."
