State police are searching for the brother of a shooting victim in Southbury. They believe he saw what happened in their White Birch Drive home.
State police found Ronald Throckmorton, 21, shot to death. His brother, Stephen, 19, was seen fleeing from the home when officers arrived. Stephen Throckmorton’s car was spotted on Route 314 in Warren. When police tried to stop him, he abandoned the car, and fled into the woods.
The manhunt forced a lockdown at Warren Elementary School. Students weren’t allowed to leave until their parents picked them up.
