Veria TV personality and former Top Chef season one contestant Andrea Beaman is embarking on a six-city "Unlock The Taste of Summer" Tour at selected Whole Foods Markets and the brief jaunt includes three stops in Connecticut.
Attendees will watch Beaman prepare simple and nutritious seasonal dishes using locally-produced ingredients. She'll also dole out cooking tips and advice while allowing guests to sample her newest recipes. Beaman is promising to "kick off summer with a blast of healthy fun" and the free events should be a popular draw. She visits Glastonbury on June 26 at 11 a.m., West Hartford on June 27 at 6 p.m. and Fairfield on June 28 at 6 p.m.
