Hartford police are thanking residents for helping them make five arrests in a fatal shooting on Thursday night.
Concerned residents helped police find the suspects in a shooting on Bellevue Street around 11 p.m. that killed one person and injured another.
Police believe the suspects knew the victims and targeted them in the shooting.
