First responders from East Hartford will participate in a parade for staff at the Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center.
The parade is taking place at 1 p.m.
Mayor Marcia Leclerc, the East Hartford Police Department, the East Hartford Fire Department, the East Hartford Public Works Department and Ambulance Service of Manchester are all expected to participate.
