The Food and Drug Administration issued a warning Monday about 28 different diet pills and their ingredients.
The products in question contain unlisted ingredients, including powerful appetite-suppressing drugs and a suspected carcinogen, the FDA said in a statement.
None of the supplements lists the dangerous ingredients on the label, according to the agency.
The pills are advertised as "natural" fat busters. The FDA is considering criminal charges against some of the companies, according to reports.
The drugs falling under the warning include:
