1 Arrested After Woman Stabbed During Fight in Glastonbury

Glastonbury Police have arrested a woman who is accused of stabbing another woman during a fight over the weekend.

Officers were called to Addison Road on Sunday around 4:10 p.m. after getting a report of a fight.

After an investigation, authorities arrested the 33-year-old suspected attacker. Police identified her as Luis Reyes, of Glastonbury, but said she prefers to go by Luisa.

Reyes is accused of stabbing another woman who she knew with a small knife twice during a fight.

The woman was stabbed once in the sternum and once in the shoulder, police said. She was transported to Hartford Hospital, where she is expected to survive her injuries.

Reyes is facing charges including criminal attempt to commit murder, threatening, carrying a dangerous weapon and breach of peace. She is being held on $500,000 bond and is due in court on Tuesday.
