A 10-year-old boy who was reported missing from Hartford has been found safe on Wednesday morning.
Police had issued a Silver Alert for Jose Ortiz who was considered an endangered runaway and was last seen on Tuesday.
On Wednesday morning, Ortiz returned home where he was evaluated and is safe, police said.
The Hartford Police Department Special Investigative Division will review the case.
