There are major delays on Interstate 91 North from Enfield, Connecticut through Springfield, Massachusetts after a tractor-trailer jackknifed.
One-hundred gallons of fuel have spilled onto I-91 north in Springfield, Massachusetts, according to the Springfield Fire Department.
The shoulder has been getting by, but traffic is now stopped.
Police are at the scene and there is no word on injuries.
