An 18-year-old man suspected of a New Haven shooting in October has been arrested.
Jordy Castro Lopez is accused of shooting 33-year-old Jose Antonio Rolon on Oct. 10.
New Haven police said Rolon was found bleeding on Richard Street in the middle of the afternoon.
Lopez was charged with first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, unlawful discharge and carrying a pistol without a permit.
