The man shot in Hartford on Friday, July 15, had died, police said.
Police have released the victim’s name as Keith Washington, 23, of Windsor. He was pronounced deceased at St. Francis Hospital on Sunday at 7:06 p.m.
Police responded to 67 Oakland Terrace in Hartford at 9:30 p.m. on Friday and found Washington, who had a single gunshot wound. EMS transported Washington to the hospital.
He is the 19th homicide victim of the year in Hartford, according to crime statistics released on July 9,
