The two people found dead in a Branford condo Monday night were a father and son, according to police, and they said the office of the chief medical examiner is waiting on toxicology reports to determine what they died of.
Police said they received a 911 call around 6:18 p.m. When officers responded to the condo on Florence Road they found two people dead with signs of trauma.
Police have identified the father as 71-year-old David Wells and the son as 36-year-old Jason Wells. They said they “ruled out homicide as a cause of death for both parties.”
