New Haven police are investigating a double shooting Tuesday night.
Police said two men suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a shooting in the area of Chapel Street and Winthrop Avenue. The first victim was found on Chapel Street around 7:30 p.m. The second walked into the emergency room.
