3 Charged in Norwich Heroin Investigation

Police have arrested three people at a motel in connection with an investigation into fentanyl-laced heroin in Norwich.

Police said they seized more than 300 bags of heroin, more than 400 Xanax pills, more than one pound of marihuana, a scale, packaging material and $2,000 in cash.

Investigators also found hundreds of empty ladybug stamped bags that investigators believe were repackaged into plain white glassine bags.
