Waterbury police are searching for the culprit who stole $4,000 worth of panties from Victoria’s Secret in the Brass Mill Center in Waterbury.
The thief stole about 500 pairs of panties sometime between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Friday, but employees did not notice the undergarments were stolen until Saturday, police said.
