Several state parks have reached parking capacity Sunday and are closed to new vehicles.
Rocky Neck State Park in East Lyme, Silver Sands State Park in Milford, Bigelow Hollow State Park in Union, Miller's Pond State Park in Durham, Kent Falls State Park in Kent, Wadsworth Falls State Park in Middlefield, Mount Tom State Park in Litchfield, the Pattaconk Lake State Recreation Area in Chester, and Squantz Pond State Park in New Fairfield are at capacity and closed to new vehicles as of Sunday afternoon.
