Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 44-year-old Hartford woman who has been missing for nearly a month.
Tracy Ward was last seen July 26, according to the Silver Alert. Police have not released details of her disappearance or said why she was only recently reported missing.
Ward has brown hair and green eyes. She stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.
Police said she has two tattoos: the name "George" is inked onto her upper left arm, while "Eddie" is tattooed onto her right.
