$5 Million Bond for Double Murder Suspect

Rocky Williams has been ordered to stay away from victims' families.

Bond for the man suspected of killing his estranged wife and another man in Hartford last month has been set at $5 million and he has been ordered to have no contact with the victims' families.

Rocky Williams turned himself in to police around 4:30 a.m. on Monday, according to police sources.

He was arraigned on Tuesday.

Williams is accused of killing his estranged wife, Alyceson Archer Williams, and her friend Dean Sammuels inside an apartment on Maple Avenue on Dec. 15.

As Williams entered the courtroom, his family yelled they loved him.

One of Alyceson's family members yelled that Rocky Williams should get the needle. Later, Alyceson's aunt said Rocky's family has been cocky and showed little compassion.

Williams was suffering from a gunshot wound to the arm when he turned himself in, police sources said. He suffered the wound the day of the murders, but it was unclear how he was shot. He was taken to the hospital after turning himself in.
