Glastonbury police have arrested a 27-year-old Enfield man accused in an armed bank robbery in November and said he is suspected in several other bank robberies.
David M. Johnson is suspected in the bank robbery at the Nutmeg State Federal Credit Union around 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 7, when two masked men with guns jumped over the counter, grabbed cash and fled, according to police.
Johnson’s also suspected in bank robberies in East Windsor in July 2014 and in Windsor in January 2015.
Johnson was charged with first-degree robbery, threatening in the second degree, unlawful restraint in the first degree and additional charges in connection with the Glastonbury case.
Bond was set at $5 million.
