State police have charged a 70-year-old Redding man with murder.
Richard L. Commaille, 70, went to state police Troop A on Tuesday and surrendered himself to police custody, according to state police.
No information has been released on the victim and state police said the arrest warrant affidavit has been sealed for two weeks.
Commaille was released on a $500,000 bond.
