A Silver Alert has been issued for an elderly man in Manchester.
Melvin Berman, 82, was last seen earlier on Friday.
His son told NBC Connecticut that Berman had an appointment at 9:30 in the morning at Libery Tax on Friday.
At 3 p.m., when he didn't come home, his wife called their son. Berman's son said Liberty Tax was closed when he went to check it out.
The 82-year-old man had an appointment at the doctors for his heart at 3:30 p.m., but the office told the Berman family that the man never made it in.
Berman is described as being a white man at 5'7" with brown eyes and shoulder length white hair, weighing 140 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a striped blue and red buttondown, jeans and New Balance sneakers. He also has a noticable scar on forehead by eyebrow.

Berman is on medication that he did not take on Friday.
