AAA is reminding drivers to prepare vehicles for winter with proper tire care.
The motor club said that worn tires increase a driver’s risk for skidding or spinning out, particularly on wet and icy winter roads.
AAA recommends drivers check the tread and pressure of tires to see if they need replacing. Experts also recommend checking the vehicles alignment and getting tires rotated after every 6,000 miles.
