Police have canceled a Silver Alert for two sisters from Bridgeport.
Carmen Cotto, 16, and Angelica Cotto, 14, were last seen together at the Marshalls store in Fairfield on July 9 and they were reported missing Wednesday morning.
Their father dropped them off at 700 Post Road to meet their mother around 9 p.m., police said.
The girls met their mother and were told to return home with their father, but missed their ride and did not return to their East Avenue home, police said.
The were found Wednesay afternoon in Bridgeport safe and sound, police said.
