A third worker injured in a Middletown power plant explosion last month has file a lawsuit.
Benjamin Lee, of Wallingford, filed a suit Thursday in New Haven Superior Court accusing the contractor, O&G industries, of negligence.
He says he suffered a fractured pelvis in the Feb. 7 blast at the Kleen Energy plant.
Lee, who is represented by attorney Steven Errante, said the companies failed to contain the gas being purged and allowed ignition sources to be present.
Two other workers filed suit last month alleging safety procedures were not followed.
Six men were killed in the explosion.
