Arrests Connected to Madison Party Death

More than six months after the death of a teenager at a party in Madison, four people have been arrested in connection with the incident.

Among those arrested are two parents who hosted the party at their home on Green Springs Drive, according to police.

Richard and Suzanne Kos, are accused of allowing minors to drink alcohol at the party on June 19.

18-year-old Jaquell Jackson of West Haven was rushed to the hospital the next morning after someone at the party couldn't wake him up. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Police have called Jackson's death suspicious, but the medical examiner couldn't determine how he died.

Richard Kos, 53, is charged with Reckless Endangerment, Conspiracy to Tamper with or Fabricate Evidence and Permitting Minors to Possess Alcohol. Suzanne Kos, 52, faces Reckless Endangerment and Permitting Minors to Possess Alcohol charges.

Their son, 19-year-old James Kos, and Christian Stockinger, also 19, are charged with Tampering with or Fabricating Evidence and Possession of Alcohol by a Minor.
