The Arrigoni Bridge has reopened after a crash on Friday afternoon and minor injuries are reported.
The crash was reported at 2:41 p.m. The bridge was down to two lanes because of construction.
The bridge connects Middletown and Portland, which are separated by the Connecticut River.
