A search of his home turned up 300 bags of heroin packaged for sale, crack cocaine, more than $2,000 cash, ammunition and a .38-caliber revolver loaded with five live rounds, police said.

Investigators also found 347 grams of raw, uncut heroin hidden in a box of baby wipes next to his young daughter's bed, according to police.

Martinez has been charged with operating a drug factory, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession with intent to sell in a school zone, criminal possession of a firearm and other weapons charges and risk of injury to a minor.
