Firefighters responded to a factory fire at Shepard Steel Company in Newington on Monday night.
Fire officials said the call came in shortly after 8 p.m. for a fire inside the factory at 55 Shepard Drive.
According to officials, the fire was brought under control within an hour.
Officials said there were no injuries and nobody was inside the building at the time.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
