The Town of Bloomfield will open cooling centers on Tuesday, July 22 and Wednesday, July 23.

- 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for recreational swim
- 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. for adult/special seeds
- 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for family swim

- 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

- Open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
McMahon Wintonbury Library, 1015 Blue Hills Avenue, 860-242-0041
- 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
The town will provide water, but residents should bring their own food.
Please remember to bring medications, emergency contact phone numbers and any other items you might need during the day. Service dogs are always welcome. Please call for information about other pets.
