Nothing Found after Bomb Threat at Shelton Intermediate School

Police have investigated a bomb threat at Shelton Intermediate School on Friday and found nothing suspicious.

A student found writing on a wall making a threat, police said. Students were moved from the intermediate school to the high school, which is near the high school, police said.

Police searched with bomb-sniffing dogs and allowed students and staff back into the building just after 2:30 p.m.

On Thursday, a teacher found a note mentioning a bomb threat at Shelton High School.

There were also two bomb threats at UConn’s Greater Hartford campus this week.
