Boyfriend Charged Over Dead Chihuahua

    A dog is dead and a boyfriend is charged.

    A puppy is dead and a man has been charged with animal cruelty after his girlfriend reported him to police.

    Cops went to Victor Serrano’s Town Colony Drive home in Middletown on Thursday morning after his girlfriend reported that he killed her 2-year-old Chihuahua.

    When police arrived at the residence, the dog was dead.

    Cops investigated and say Serrano, 23, hit the pup. He’s been charged with cruelty to animals. Police are still investigating.
