A hospital in Bridgeport tightened security following an incident in which a man showed up looking for a shooting victim from earlier in the day.
The Connecticut Post reports that precautions were taken after police dispatchers reported a man brandished a gun inside Bridgeport Hospital.
The teenage victim who arrived at the hospital earlier Sunday suffered gunshot wounds in the arm and leg in what was believed to be a gang-related shooting.
Police asked nearby police departments to be on the lookout for a white Toyota and a blue Toyota believed to have been involved in the incident.
