Among the many crashes police across the state responded to last night, was one at a preschool playground in Fairfield.
A car crashed into the playground at Pumpkin Preschool, at 449 Grasmere Avenue.
Officials said the driver lost control and smashed into the slide. They are investigating and looking into whether alcohol was a factor.
