A Hartford restaurant suffered major damage on Wednesday night when a car rammed into it.
It happened at Patio Rainha on Park Street in Hartford.
The owner says he was sitting in front of the Portuguese and Brazilian restaurant at around 10:45 p.m. on Wednesday when a car that seemed be traveling around 50 miles an hour slammed into the building, just feet from him.
The aunt of the driver said her niece had a seizure that caused the crash. She said that she was taken to the hospital and she will be fine.

The owner of the restaurant said he has insurance and is thankful nobody was seriously hurt.
