College Soccer Players Charged With Sex Assault: Report

The men have been removed from the soccer team, according to a report.

Two members of the Sacred Heart University's soccer team have been charged with sexual assault.

The Connecticut Post reports that Bridgeport police arrested Brian Francolini, 20, and Justin Brewer, 22, who are accused of assaulting a 19-year-old woman in their off-campus apartment on Saturday night.

They were released on bond.

University officials told the Post they are cooperating with the police investigation and both men have been removed from the soccer team.
