Cox Communications has restored its power after an hours-long outage on Monday.
According to a statement, residents and businesses were without all services and the company was working on resolving the problem on Monday afternoon.
Cox said the outage was a result of multiple out-of-state fiber cuts by one of its service providers.
"Their issues are impacting services across the country for multiple providers," the company said in a statement.
The company tweeted that outages were happening in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Ohio.
