Two people were injured in a crash across from Incarnation Church at 544 Prospect Street in Wethersfield, on Tuesday morning.
Police said the driver of a truck that was heading eastbound hit a car as it was leaving a driveway at 9:31 a.m.
The driver of the car sustained serious injuries and the driver of the truck sustained minor injuries, police said.
Both people were transported to the hospital.
The road was closed for several hours, but it has reopened.
