Two people sustained serious injuries in a rollover crash shut down Route 72 in Bristol for several hours Monday afternoon.
Fire officials said they had to close a section of Route 72 at Central Street after a serious crash involving an SUV and a van.
Officials said the road reopened shortly before 7 p.m., but accident reconstruction teams remain on the scene.
