A Naugatuck dad has been charged with breach of peace, accused of swearing at two juveniles he thought were bullying his son and antagonizing them to fight.
Two juveniles filed a complaint with police on Oct. 28 and reported that Stuart Carlos, 39, of Naugatuck intimidated them at a bus stop, police said.
Police charged Carlos on Saturday and said he believed the two juveniles were bullying his son.
He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and is due in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 18.
