Doc Accused of Sexually Assaulting Patients Due in Court

Dr. Tory Westbrook is accused of sexually assaulting patients from 2010 through January 2012.

A doctor from Glastonbury who is accused of sexual contact with patients at a community health center is due in court on Tuesday.

Dr. Tory Westbrook, 43, of Glastonbury, has yet to enter pleas in 10 alleged assault cases and one case of illegal drug sales.

In one case, a 29-year-old woman told police the doctor used his fingers inappropriately during a pelvic exam, according to police.

"The victim told Dr. Westbrook that this was hurting her and she even jumped a few times because of the pain he was causing her." according to the warrants, A nurse was in the room at the time, according to what the victim told police.

Westbrook has pleaded not guilty to three other sexual assault charges.

A pretrial hearing will be held in Middletown Superior Court.
