Snow is moving through Connecticut and East Haven public schools are closing early on Thursday, but the superintendent’s office said the early dismissal is actually for the forecast of cold weather.
The high temperature today will be 26 to 32 degrees, but tonight it will drop to between zero and 10 degrees, with wind chills near -15 to -30.
