State police have responded to 32 Martin Court in Montville after a plastic Easter egg with a suspicious white powder was thrown into the driveway.
The Montville Patch reports that the egg contains talcum powder.
Sachem Lane, the cross street, is closed, state police said.
No one has been is injured.
State Police and firefighters are responding.
