Giuffria says Dulos built the house as a showcase home, a home builders create, live in, show off their work to potential customers and eventually sell. Giuffria says initially the listing had interest from potential buyers but slowed down after Jennifer’s disappearance.

“I think Mr. Dulos is a good builder and he builds a great product and unfortunately there’s a cloud over him now and his company and I’m not sure how that’s going to turn out,” Giuffria said.
