A 61-year-old man from the Oakville section of Watertown is dead after his motorcycle veered off the road and struck a guardrail on Litchfield Road on Sunday afternoon, according to police.
On Monday, police3 identified the man as Frederick Richmond.
Investigators said Richmond was thrown off the bike and died at the scene.
An autopsy will be scheduled this week. The crash is under investigation.
