Jacob Norman Bradow was the first baby of the year born in New London County. He is the first child of Jennifer and James Bradow, of Colchester, and was born at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces. He is 21 inches long.
Biguener Siméon Jr. is the son of Georgeline Jean and Biguener Siméon Sr., of Bridgeport.
