The mayor of Hartford’s sister city, Floridia, Sicily, was in town last month to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the relationship between the two cities.
Mayor Orazio Scalorino was invited to Hartford by Mayor Pedro Segarra and stayed for several days. He and a delegation form Floridia spent his trip touring the city and checking out some of its cultural and educational sites.
Scalorino's delegation was hosted by the Marriot Hartford Downtown.
