Police seized more than 100 bags of heroin in Montville on Wednesday.
Police searched 56 Chapel Hill Road in the Oakdale section of Montville at 1 p.m. and said they found around 112 bags of heroin, 6 ounces of marijuana, a small amount of cocaine, $1,041 in cash and drug paraphernalia.
A resident, Phillip Taylor, 23, was taken into custody and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was later released on a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at the Norwich Superior Courthouse on Aug. 25.
