LifeStar airlifted a motorcyclist to Providence Hospital in Rhode Island after a crash on Interstate 95 south in Stonington.
The highway was closed, but reopened just before 6 p.m.
The motorcyclist may have struck a tractor-trailer, state police said. LifeStar transported the motorcyclist to Providence Hospital to be treated for serious injuries.
The crash happened at about 1:58 p.m.
State police are investigating a crash.
