Mosquitoes carrying Eastern Equine Encephalitis were trapped in seven towns, prompting health officials to urge residents in eastern Connecticut to remain indoors around dawn and dusk. Police investigating the death of a Meriden woman who went missing two weeks ago want to talk to some of her clients who had an eyelash appointment booked with her just prior to her disappearance. Sex Charges Dropped
The state's attorney has dropped charges against a couple in their 80s who were arrested along with four others who police say were involved in lewd and sexual activity in the Grace Richardson conservation area in Fairfield earlier this morning.
